Ginger Pear Butter

8 C. Pear pulp - core, & puree ripe pears, skin and all
8 C. Sugar
Ginger to taste -fresh grated is recommended
Cinnamon to taste

Bake in 375 degree over for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs in a large roasting pan. Stir occasionally during cooking.

Put in jelly jars and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
