Combine the above together
OR layer in a glass bottle, if you can find a glass
bottle in the shape of a fish, this would be perfect!
Makes about 3 c of powdered mixture and will coat 4 lbs
of fish. Tie the neck of the bottle with raffia, which
can have a seashell looped through it if possible.

Favorite Fish Seasoning
In a fry pan add a bit of vegetable oil and heat on 375.
In a small bowl add 1 egg and 1 c buttermilk. Dip your
favorite type of fish in the egg mixture and then dip in
the powdered mixture until coated. Shake off excess
spice mixture. Fry until golden brown. |
